"I happily switched to state farm from a bigger named Insurance Company. Not only is my monthly rate lower but I have more coverage for less. State farm goes above and beyond to make sure you are covered in all areas needed and they even check in with you and send cards. I'm going thru a tough time and while refinancing had some issues with the mortgage company. She stepped up and went {in my opinion) above and beyond on my behalf! "A guy insured out of this office I beleive hit my car and State Farm will not pay me I get different stories every time I call they told me if I would have went with there body shop they would have already taken care of this after I was told to use anybody I wanted.now they’re telling the body shop I went to they charge to much telling the body shop I chose it should take half the time they estimated.to make a long story short they won’t pay me for my car not sure what to do next Don’t ever deal with this company"

For both claimants and our insureds, the choice of body shop is always yours. We do have some Select Service shops we can point those in need to, but only if they ask for our assistance. We can certainly facilitate the process. If you are choosing a non-Select Service shop, they would need to provide all of the requested documentation and information to the claims team for review and approval. All claims decisions lie within that department and are made on the information provided with industry leading standards for claim service and payments. Please call 800-SF-CLAIM (800-732-5246) and review this detail with our auto claim representatives. They are waiting to provide you the assistance you are seeking and have the primary goal of putting you back to pre-loss condition. Thank you for your contact. "
