Mary is our longest-tenured multiple-line representative, serving State Farm policyholders since 2008. She deeply enjoys helping with essential protection like home insurance, auto insurance, and business insurance. Mary also has a strong passion for helping families plan for the future with life insurance and paycheck protection plans. Outside the Zanesville office, Mary is a mom of two and "Mimi" to four adorable grandchildren. She also maintains a strong drive for fitness and exercise.

Mikayla joined our Zanesville team in the summer of 2022 after obtaining her Property and Casualty license. Her initial role as our office manager quickly established her as our resident service leader for claims assistance, billing inquiries, and policy questions. She most recently transitioned to a multiple-line representative role, where she now serves policyholders through new business appointments, comprehensive coverage reviews, and liability protection updates. Mikayla is an active member of North Terrace Church of Christ, where her husband serves as the Connections Minister. She also loves spending time with her son and snuggling her cats whenever she can.

Reagan has been on our customer service team since September 2023 and has quickly enjoyed learning from the team as a newly licensed property and casualty representative. She takes the lead on assisting customers to recover from the unexpected during an accident, providing vital support for their auto or home insurance needs. Reagan is also the first welcoming face to greet you on most days of the week. She has proudly lived in Zanesville since 2010 and is a graduate of Maysville High School. Reagan previously served the Zanesville community as a preschool and elementary educator until making her career change to join our team. In her personal life, she is a wife and mom to a sweet two-year-old boy, and one of her passions is community theater—she frequently performs and volunteers with Zanesville Community Theater as well as The Renner.

Colleen joined our team in May 2026 as office manager, earning her life, health, property and casualty licenses. She has worked in the customer service industry for the last 12 years, most recently managing a bakery in the Columbus area. She is excited to apply her skills in this new role and serve her community close to home. She was born and raised in Zanesville and is a graduate of Zanesville High School and the College of Wooster. At home, she is a wife, a mother to a 3-year-old son, and a dog mom to two rambunctious boxers. She enjoys tending to her (admittedly overgrown) vegetable garden, listening to a good podcast, and having sing-along dance parties with her family.

Marketing Service Assistant
Marlie joined our Zanesville team in 2025 as a part-time marketing assistant. Her primary role is contacting policyholders to schedule valuable annual review appointments. While not working at our office, Marlie is successfully tackling a heavy course load in high school. She is also a dedicated member of the Tri-Valley Girls Varsity Soccer team. In her limited spare time, Marlie enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and watching "Outer Banks."
